Some users have complained of receiving shipments without screws or tools for setting up: make sure to return immediately if this happens. The plastic handles stay cool during cooking and are sturdy for holding. The temperature dial goes all the way from 200 to 400 degrees and the markings are not up close for ease of setting the desired temperature.
